We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, we will return or exchange unused, full price merchandise ordered from corneliaguest.com within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all discounted items are final sale and, thus, not eligible for return or exchange.
Retail Store Purchases
Requests for items purchased at a store must be made directly through the retailer where the merchandise was purchased.
Online Price Adjustment
We will gladly provide price adjustments to any item purchased at full price within 7 days of the markdown. This does not apply to any sale item that is further reduced. Purchases made at other retailers are not eligible for price adjustments.
1. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with the order number, order date, product name and color as well as your name, address, and telephone number. Please make sure to specify if you would like a return or exchange and make sure to indicate reason for return/exchange. In the case of an exchange, shipping of new item will be free of charge.
2. An agent will e-mail you within 3 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to proceed. Shipments that are sent without the RA number will be refused.
3. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Except for in the case of exchanges, we will not cover any shipping fees associated with returns. Please make sure to send packages using a service that can be tracked. We cannot take responsibility for packages that do not get to us.
4. Item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse any item we think show signs of wear or that do not include all original components. Such components include, but are not limited to: hangtags, pocket mirrors, gift with purchase (GWP), detachable chains/straps, and dust bags.
5. Shipping and Handling fees associated with the original purchase cannot be refunded.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. E-mail notification will be sent as soon as we have processed your request. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
